Right off the garage you'll find a mudroom with everything from bench seating and storage to a sink and washer/dryer, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without a care.

When in Arizona, you want a little pool time, and this spacious backyard does not disappoint. The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge, so swim season here doesn’t end. After a float, enjoy the luxurious feel of the tiled pool deck and patio under your feet. Relax on a lounge chair, then fire up the grill and have dinner al fresco at one of two dining tables. With a high school behind the property, you'll have an open view of the sunset, and you can cheer for the teams on game night. End the night with cornhole or ladder golf while the kids and dogs enjoy the grassy yard.

☆POOL SAFETY☆

There is no safety fence around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard, and no one should be in the pool area without an adult present. Guests assume all risks when using the yard and pool.

Tempe Palms sits in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from ASU. Walk to Selleh Park to enjoy the paths around the duck pond and the playground. Then head out to the bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, all within 15 miles. Spend a morning at one of many area golf clubs, explore the Desert Botanical Garden, visit the Phoenix Zoo or SeaLife Phoenix Aquarium, or hike in Papago Park. Catch a concert or comedy show at the Tempe Center for the Arts, kayak at Tempe Town Lake, head to an outdoor festival at Tempe Beach Park, or see a professional game at Wells Fargo Arena.
